Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Agreement

By accessing keegansbeard.com or booking a tattoo appointment with Triple Black Tattoo Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive tattoo services. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

Appointments and Deposits

Appointments are confirmed once a deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Appointments are preferred and allow us to prepare properly for your design.

Design and Artwork

Custom designs created by the artist remain the intellectual property of Triple Black Tattoo Studio. We reserve the right to photograph completed work and share it on our website and social media unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of your appointment.

We do not replicate another artist's tattoo design exactly. We will work with your reference material to create an original piece in our style.

Health and Safety

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. Certain conditions may affect your eligibility to be tattooed. You agree that you are in good health on the day of your appointment and have not consumed alcohol in the 24 hours prior.

All equipment is single-use and sterile. Our studio follows all applicable health and safety standards.

Aftercare and Results

Tattoo healing varies from person to person. We will provide aftercare instructions at the time of your appointment. Results depend in part on how well you follow aftercare guidance and the nature of your skin. Touch-ups for normal healing issues within 90 days of your appointment are handled at the artist's discretion.

We are not responsible for fading, distortion, or other changes that occur as a result of sun exposure, improper aftercare, or natural skin aging after the healing period.

Pricing

Pricing is discussed during consultation and confirmed before work begins. Prices are based on size, placement, complexity, and time. We reserve the right to adjust an estimate if the scope of work changes during the session.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to intoxication, aggressive behavior, or requests for designs that are hateful or illegal.

Website Use

The content on keegansbeard.com - including images, text, and design - is owned by Triple Black Tattoo Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission. The site is provided as-is for informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Triple Black Tattoo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
